For the past 17 years, he has used his keen business sense to help small business owners and boost the productivity of all the companies he has worked with through careful, individualized intervention. He has a deep commitment to seeing others reach their full potential and the clear knack for envisioning how businesses might make complete U-turns. Since his expertise lies in sales and managing people, he is naturally excited and energized by the prospect of coming up with novel approaches.
 

When he became CEO of an IT college that was mired in debt and on the point of shutting down, he turned the college's economic state around through his exceptional management and financial competency. This allowed the college to avoid shutting down. Prince has shared his extensive experience of running a business in this VUCA world with a number of industry leaders as well as in religious contexts. He has also made appearances in the local press, including newspapers and magazines, and has given interviews to radio and television stations, most notably in Indonesia. His goal is to create successful teams for organizations by using effective methods at the appropriate times. In 2018, he participated as one of the presenters in the STjobs Career Fair that was hosted in Singapore for professionals and job seekers. He shared his insightful experiences with those in attendance.

In his role as a trusted corporate trainer, he has shown adept at driving both performance enhancement and expansion. His great directorship and broad real-world experiences permeate his delivery in The Certified Transformational Leader training program, allowing him to train, mentor, coach, and encourage many people in the business sector on a global scale. Prince is a firm believer in the value of never stopping one's education. He earned an MBA from York St. John University in the United Kingdom and another from Unitar International University in Malaysia. He attends International University Malaya Wales for his doctoral studies.
